I am an Alabama State Thespian Officer or STO. The STO board is the student voice for Alabama Thespians. As an STO, I act as a representative of the organization by planning events like Alabama Thespian Festival, writing letters to government representatives, and appearing on Social Media. I was selected as an STO on February 14, 2023 and put on the Social Media Team. This team manages the student Instagram and content for the website. I was selected for the board again for the 24-25 season and served on the Advocacy Team. I connected with student leaders, and Educational Board Members across the state to advocate for Theatre Education in Alabama. For the 25-26 season I was selected to be on the Festival Team. For this team I will help with the organization of the festival, events during the festival, and our merch table. As an STO, I have also taught numerous workshops with my peers such as:
